Various swim students have taken the class in anticipation of possibly becoming lifeguards. Swim students have received the  highest A+ in the HLTH57A class others have earned a perfect score on the final exam. Everyone who fullyattned that class qualifies for the Red Cross First Aid certification. There is a free download of the text available at the class webpage.
