- Make sure to rename yourself on zoom to ensure you get credit for attendance.
- Make sure to clear out all items outside of lockers from ICC Club room by 2/18 @ 5PM. This is to ensure we have clean and safe space for clubs to utilize for meeting space.
- Maritza:
- Meeting Room Request forms need to go to the Office of College Life; Office of College Life: Mon-Thurs | 9am - 4pm
- Look at the forms you are submitting; if you want to submitting a meeting room request do so 5 days in advance. If a special event request, submit 12 days in advance. Have been flexible with dates but moving forward will not be.
- If interested in starting up a club, be sure to complete a new club application.
- Any financial reimbursements, make sure to send them in ASAP.
