ICC Meeting Schedule

The ICC facilitates three main meetings that are open to the public at any time. Below are the scheduled dates and times for ICC Representative Meetings, ICC Executive Meetings, and ICC Agenda Meetings.

ICC Representative Meetings - Spring 2026

Clubs must send a representative to ICC Representative Meetings to maintain good standing (active status). These meetings provide important updates, and clubs vote on key matters such as budget requests, code changes, and chair elections. If you have any questions, please contact the ICC Advisor.

Please note: Meetings will not be held on campus holidays.

  • Days: Wednesdays (Biweekly)
  • Time: 1:30-2:30 PM PT
  • Format: HYBRID: In-Person in Student Council Chambers, Lower Level of the Hinson Campus Center

ICC Executive Meetings - Spring 2026

Executive Meetings focus on planning ICC events, discussing club matters, finalizing Rep Meeting agendas, reviewing ICC Intern applications, and other ICC business. These meetings are mandatory for ICC Officers. If you have a club question or want to discuss ICC-related topics, feel free to stop by!

  • Days: Mondays (Weekly)
  • Time: 2:30-3:30 PM PT
  • Format: HYBRID: In-Person in Student Council Chambers, Lower Level of the Hinson Campus Center

ICC Agenda Meetings - Spring 2026

Agenda Meetings are optional. However, clubs wishing to add items—such as budget requests or code amendments—to the ICC Representative Meeting agenda must attend and present at the Agenda Meeting.
