Academic Skills Center Guidelines and Policies

Select courses in Accounting, Biology, Economics, History and Political Science have a 1/2 unit Adjunct Skills course (SKIL 232/233) offering of group tutoring with study skills.

Skills Workshops are free and available to any De Anza student on a first-come, first-served basis, although priority seating is given to students who arrive on time and are fulfilling requirements for an Adjunct Skills 232/233 course or Customized Academic Support. No sign-up (pre-registration) is needed. Each presenter will determine seat count based on classroom size and workshop topic. Click here for topics, times and locations. 

There is no weekly individual or drop-in tutoring offered via the Academic Skills Center.
