Join us for a conversation with Angela Chen about her new book, "Ace: What Asexuality Reveals about Desire, Society and the Meaning of Sex."
Asexuality is an oft-overlooked letter in the LGBTQ+ acronym, but that doesn’t make it any less valid or important as a sexual identity. In her talk, Chen will situate asexuality within feminist politics and explore how asexuality informs the ways we think about consent. This event is part of the Jean Milller Resource Room’s Womxn in Power Month series of events. It is funded through the De Anza Associated Student Body (DASB).
